Why I Became a Dating and Relationship Coach
Whenever I’m at a gathering, someone inevitably asks me, “Why did you decide to start LLF Coaching Services?”
The truth is, this path chose me.
This isn’t just a business—it’s a calling. I truly believe this work is divinely inspired.
A Journey Through Brokenness
I come from a legacy of challenges—divorced parents, a marriage I had no business being in, and heartbreaks that made me question my value as a woman.
Growing up, I witnessed the unraveling of my parents’ marriage. My mother became a single parent, working endlessly to keep our family afloat. She juggled everything, but the weight of her responsibilities left her too overwhelmed to enjoy life, too exhausted to be fully present,
That void in my life was undeniable. I promised myself I’d create something different for me and others who longed for love, balance, and joy.
Yet, despite that vow, I found myself trapped in similar cycles.
I entered an incompatible marriage, ignoring every red flag in my desperation to create a family. I convinced myself that settling was better than being alone. When that ended, I faced one heartbreak after another, leaving me feeling invisible, unworthy, and broken.
When I contacted relationship coaches for help, but most couldn’t relate to what it was like to start over after 30. At that time most have not navigated divorce, loss, or the unique struggles of rebuilding life and self-worth. Their advice felt disconnected and designed for someone else’s journey, not mine.
Finding the Breakthrough
It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I discovered the truth: My problem wasn’t about finding the “right” man—it was about finding myself.
I had to heal the deep wounds I carried, reclaim my worth, and learn to set healthy boundaries. I had to rewrite my narrative about love, men, and what I deserved as a woman.
Through that process, something shifted within me. I realized I wasn’t just healing for myself—I was creating a roadmap for other women who had walked a similar path.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.
The coach's role is to invite clients to take effective action by seeking EMPOWERMENT by asking, "What's possible?"
I see my clients as naturally creative & resourceful to open the door to self-discovery.
Coaching is taking into account where you are at the "present" moment and creating a path towards the future on how you want to show up. And the sessions are shorter in duration.
Therapy is mostly uncovering trama in the past they also manage mental illnesses and diagnosis, something that coaches do not.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. My calls and any information discussed is HIPAA compliant.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.
For all new clients, I meet with them weekly for the first few weeks to answer any questions and to ensure they are able to log into the Quenza coaching terminal.
What to expect at each coaching session:
Most sessions run around (45-60) minutes depending on the topic and creating an action plan.
