Scope of Services

LLF Coaching Services provides life, dating, and relationship coaching to single professional women, particularly widowed or divorced women. Coaching sessions are designed to support clients in achieving their personal goals and creating balance in their lives.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or other mental health services.

Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's written consent except as required by law.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. LLF Coaching Services is a guide and support system, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Session Cancellation and  Rescheduling:

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

Payment Terms:
Payment for coaching packages or individual sessions must be made in full before services are rendered unless a payment plan has been arranged.

All payments are non-refundable once the coaching service has commenced.

Communication:
Coaching sessions will be conducted via phone or video call (as agreed upon). Any communication outside of scheduled sessions (e.g., email or text) will be responded to within 48 hours during regular business hours.

   LLF Coaching Services provides guidance and support to help clients navigate life and relationships but does not replace professional services, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Clients should seek appropriate licensed professionals for such services.
2. Results Are Not Guaranteed
   Coaching outcomes depend on the client's commitment, effort, and participation. LLF Coaching Services makes no guarantees regarding specific results or timelines.
3. Voluntary Participation
   Clients understand that they voluntarily participate in coaching services and accept full responsibility for their decisions and actions during and after the coaching process.
4. Liability Waiver
       By engaging in coaching services, clients agree to release LLF Coaching Services and its representatives from any liability for personal or professional outcomes resulting from coaching.
5. Age Requirement
   Coaching services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. 
6. Amendments
   LLF Coaching Services reserves the right to update or amend these terms and disclaimers at any time. 

Clients will be notified of any changes before their next scheduled session.

Acknowledgment

By engaging in LLF Coaching Services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and disclaimers.

Welcome to LLF Coaching Services ("LLF Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, digital content, programs, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

LLF Coaching provides life, dating, relationship, and personal development coaching services, including but not limited to:

• Coaching programs (group, self-paced, and VIP)
• Digital products (workbooks,   journals, courses, downloads)
• Coaching sessions (virtual or  recorded)
• Educational content via website, email, and social platforms

All Services are intended for educational and self-development purposes only.

2. No Medical, Mental Health, or Legal Advice

LLF Coaching is not a licensed medical provider, mental health provider, or legal professional.

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
• Nothing on this website or within      our Services should be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, or      legal advice.
• You are responsible for your own      physical, mental, emotional, and legal well-being.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, mental health challenges, or medical issues, please seek assistance from a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to      enter into this agreement.
• You are voluntarily participating in coaching and personal development services.

4. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Coaching results are not guaranteed.
• Your progress and outcomes depend      on your personal effort, commitment, circumstances, and choices.
• LLF Coaching makes no promises regarding specific results related to relationships, dating, emotional healing, income, or life outcomes.

You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Program-Specific Refund Policy

The following refund terms apply specifically to LLF Coaching signature programs, including Gracefully Grounded and Empowered Dating.

Self-Paced & Group Programs

• Upon purchase and access to the      program platform, clients have forty-eight (48) hours from the time      of first module access to request a cancellation.
• To be eligible, the client must not have progressed beyond Module 1 or downloaded a substantial      portion of program materials.
• After the 48-hour window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

This policy exists to honor the digital nature of the content while still allowing clients a brief discernment period.

VIP Programs

• VIP programs include high-touch elements such as 1:1 coaching time, customized support, priority access, and/or physical or digital bonus materials.
• Due to the personalized nature of VIP services, clients may request a cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, provided that no 1:1 sessions have been scheduled or delivered and no customized work has begun.
• Once a 1:1 session is delivered, a custom plan is created, or bonus materials are released, the VIP program becomes non-refundable.

If a payment plan is selected:

• The client remains responsible for all remaining payments, regardless of participation or attendance.
• Missed sessions are not      refundable and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

LLF Coaching reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in good faith and on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through LLF Coaching, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, branding
• Workbooks, worksheets, journals, PDFs
• Videos, audios, scripts, frameworks, and methodologies

is the intellectual property of LLF Coaching and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute,  sell, or share content without written permission
• Use content for commercial  purposes
• Claim LLF Coaching materials as  your own

Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

7. Confidentiality

LLF Coaching respects client confidentiality.

• Personal information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.
• Group coaching environments cannot guarantee confidentiality of other participants.

You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your own information shared in group settings.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or  harmful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Disrupt group programs or online communities
• Share false or misleading information

LLF Coaching reserves the right to remove or terminate access to Services without refund if these standards are violated.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Terminate access to Services if  Terms are violated
• Modify or discontinue Services at  any time

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LLF Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising      from your use of the Services.
• This includes emotional distress, loss of income, relationship outcomes, or personal decisions made as a result of coaching.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLF Coaching from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your actions or decisions resulting from coaching.

12. Third-Party Links & Resources

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources.

LLF Coaching is not responsible for:

• The content or accuracy of  third-party sites
• Any damages or losses related to third-party interactions

Use third-party resources at your own discretion.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which LLF Coaching is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Updates to Terms

LLF Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.  

Confidentiality and Limit of Liability

Any information divulged to LLF Coaching by the Client shall remain completely confidential, except in the event of the LLF Coaching knowledge of any illegal activity by the Client or admission by the Client of the intent to commit an unlawful act. 

The Client acknowledges the obligation of the LLF Coaching to cooperate fully with law enforcement and other authorities as required by law. 

The Client acknowledges that LLF Coaching is not in the business of providing medical, legal, or otherwise. 

The Client hould retain the services of a qualified professional in any particular area where such qualified advice is required. 

Furthermore, LLF Coaching does not provide therapy or mental health counseling. 

Clients with psychological or other medical problems should consult a qualified healthcare professional. 

Any action that was taken concerning therapy, medical advice, mental health counseling, or any other activity not directly related to the services provided to the Client by the LLF Coaching will be at the sole discretion of and will remain the Client's sole responsibility. 

LLF Coaching will not be held accountable and shall remain blameless for any consequences arising from professional therapy or counseling. Or any other activity not directly related to the services provided by LLF Coaching. 

Keeping Your Information Secure

We store personal information with third parties that use industry-standard practices for data security. 

Your Rights to Your Information

You own your personal information and have rights to it.
